Happy Fursday. Sending healing vines and hugs to all who need them today. I'm sorry I haven't kept caught up with the list but sure it includes Jupiter, Lucy, Ozy, Hank.

LBG is doing fabulous this morning. :-D :-D We had lovely nighttime snuggles which also included Tobey; isn't it amazing how they know when your heart aches and you need more kitty love? Our two young'uns were wild wild babies last night so they must have also known Donna and I could use few laughs. Gracie is funny about new visitors. At first, she is very wary but after a day, she feels it is not only her "job" but also a right to be able to inspect all things belonging to the guest. And Tobey feels guests must definitely need a foot warmer at night because whenever our guests turn in for the night, he tries to get under the covers at first but then decides Mommy misses him too much   I had to laugh really hard this morning because we were all out on the catio...Donna, the three kitters, and me and then Donna and I came in to get our respective showers. When I got out of the shower and walked into our bedroom, they were all three sprawled on the floor on their sides in different spots as if someone had tranquilized them    However..that did not last long at least for Tobey and Gracie.

Missy G is back in    I knew we we hit a dose sooner or later that would get her back to good numbers. A great example of how you have to go up to come down sometimes. I did test her a little often last night and probably will today because this is a much higher dose and I want her to have several cycles in green before she gets a reduction.

All the arrangements have been made for my DMIL's funeral tomorrow. Mike and his sisters have done a great job and he seemed at peace this morning especially because they bought a beautiful plot at the historic cemetery in Lexington. He said it is in the old section with big, mature trees and her resting place is under a large, gorgeous tree where it's quiet and peaceful. This afternoon, he and his sisters are looking at options for their brother who has mild autism and Tourettes. He lived with Mom who supported him fully but, unfortunately, made no plans for his care in the event something happened to her. He is already enrolled in a program at UK so Mike is meeting with his counsellor today to see what resources there are for a group home and some kind of work while the girls are looking into other options. It's going to be a major life change for him but at least one sister lives nearby. Jason arrives in KY later today from NY so Mike will have both kids with him which will be such a comfort. And Shannon, with her knowledge as an oncology RN, was a huge help to Mike this week especially when Mom was in the hospital and still alive. I'm glad the three of them will have Saturday to spend together.

My aunt is doing ok but my other cousin had the doctor admit her to the hospital to get the asthma under better control. And she's also having some pain from a pinched nerve. I know Donna is anxious to get home but also is enjoying her last day of R&R. I feel bad as we have done nothing but I think that is what she needed.

Thank you all again for your wonderful thoughts yesterday:

Rhiannon, Karen, donaleen, Lyresa, Carla, Jamie, Carl, Amy, Jane, Josie, Bern, Nina, Devon, Carolyn, Susie, Chris, Melissa, Barb, Ann, Liz, Ella, Kelly, John, Rich, Rachel, Mariko, Janet, Dale, Ann, Donna, Michelle, LAUREN (extra hugs...I've missed you!).

Rhiannon...I'm not traveling until next week to my mom's AND SW stopped the TUS/ABQ flights   I have to go TUS/DEN/OKC/DAL. Crazy. Dale...yes...the collective will have to operate on auto pilot one more day    But there are always new members to induct ;-)

Have a great day.
