Yesterday

Seems like Faraday is the last critter standing around here when it comes to whatever GI bug is afflicting our pets. Older doggo had me up twice to let her out in the middle of the night.

Civvie actually came into the kitchen for breakfast and ate a tiny bit! Not much, but a definite improvement. Fingers crossed she’s truly on the mend and Faraday stays well!!

Syringe feeding civvie water tonight since she’s refusing food, boiled chicken water (was boiling chicken for the afflicted dogs), tuna water, and obviously regular water.

She appears to be keeping it down (crossing all the fingers that it stays that way), so I’ll try syringe feeding some food in the morning if she’s not back to eating.

I am thankful to my sugar kitty for getting me much more comfortable in taking animal health into my own hands.
