All good here this morning. Tillie is feeling better, yard rounds are complete, and Zener's morning nap is happening outside on his bench. No poo patrol success yet, but the day is young. Zener appears to be alternately bouncing and diving, just to keep us from getting bored. :cool:

@Shai - Zener is giving us some greens at this dose, so that's a good thing, Now, the up and down express elevator, not so crazy about that. :lol:

@Tracy & Leo - the laser treatment uses a laser beam over the area of injury or pain to increase circulation and promote healing. It is often used post-surgery to promote healing and with chronic painful conditions such as arthritis. The device does not touch the skin but puts out a laser bean, so it is as non-invasive as you can get. I got to wear special protective glasses, but none for Tillie. I had my doubts about it, but watching her respond was amazing! Zener was nice because he was so relieved it wasn't him going to the vet! :lol:

Looks like our big guy is still bouncing from the greens and/or drop yesterday. Thought he was off the diving board again this morning at +3, then things stopped, for the time being... :lol:

Hi Anne, fingers and paws crossed for Zener's poo patrol! I just went back and read Tillie's Vetty report. What a great vet and I like the laser treatment. Was Tillie missing the box? The reason I ask is Maggie's been doing the same thing. Sorry to hear about her arthritis and sending vines for the Cosequin to help her.

Looks like an incomplete dive today. Guess Zener changed his mind .

Glad the laser treatment helped Tillie feel better. Hope Zener comes down slowly for you soon.

@Ann & Maggie - thanks for the fingers crossed for poo patrol. Poo patrol has watchful eyes out right now, suspicious backyard behavior. :cool: We feel like we've found the best vet possible in our small town and they have urgent care and emergency too. Tillie was not missing the box, just not using the box very often. Our vet told us squatting would be painful with lumbosacral and hip arthritis. Our litter box is really easy to get into, since we've made them accessible for Zener's cerebellar hypoplasia. But if she had to jump in, we may have seen her going outside the box. We gave her the first dose of Cosequin on her food today and it was nom nom nom. :-D

@rhiannon - you were so right about the incomplete dive. We think we may have stopped the drop with some carbs, but we never really know. :lol: And he is reading your instructions to come down from the yellows. :razz:

@carla - the laser treatment made a very noticeable difference right away. Zener is heading your advice and slowly sliding down. :cool:

Such a strange little AM cycle!!! Now, let's see if you can do something similar with your PMPS cycle. Hope there was some poo in Zener's day and yay for Tillie feeling better!!!
