? 9/25 Guppy AMPS 426- change in feeding schedule contributing to high BG? Cat grass question?

Yesterday
Good morning :cat:
I've started using a timed feeder to give him snacks while I'm at work/in the middle of the night (only FF classic pate+small ice cube to keep cold and add a little hydration). I'm wondering if the snacks are too often or too large. They've been 1/4 can at +3, +5, and a little less at +7. He gets 9oz/day to try and get him to gain weight, he's stopped losing weight, but hasn't gained. Will the change in feeding schedules significantly affect his BG until his body is more used to it? How is the schedule in general? Was also considering feeding one can at meal times and 1/2 can at +6.

I also grew cat grass for them bc he likes to chomp on it outside, but he went bananas with it overnight and puked grass+bile twice (no food); he usually will puke up a hairball with it if he eats grass but this time it was just grass. My internist didn't seem like she knew about this behavior, but it seems to be a normal-ish cat behavior? Doesn't seem great in excess though, and right now Gup has little self control. I'd like to hear your thoughts. I'm planning on keeping it on the balcony for now so he doesn't have 24/7 access
