Nice PM cycle for Mannie: blue which apparently he was able to surf to rest of the night. We have an amps of 128. YAY!, and one happy bean to see that number this morning. +1 of 154 - not bad. I can hardly wait to see what he does today. Go Mannie!

What a party last bight for all those kitties! No clue what time he rolled in, found him zonked about 3 AM, muttering in his sleep - something about dive tanks, fdmb diving champion, crab races, remote controlled dune buggy, and beach walks, and grilling thru the witching hour. hmmmmmm - must have been one heck of a party. :shock: :-D :cool:

Mannie is having a great, normal morning. Breffis #1 and #2 consumed with gusto - though I was read the riot act for being 10 minutes late. oh the horror :shock: of an untimely delivery. All had been forgiven once the belly was full. Toys slobbered on, slept on, rolled in. He's not too sure about those things that arrived yesterday - springs, they have gotten the once over, slept on twice. He is still checking the front door hourly - looking for the nanners: heavy sigh when he sees that they have not yet arrived. :o :o soon Mannie soon! Interior patrolled, exterior given a glance, waiting for first light and his daily perimeter patrol. normalcy in Mannie-land.

I can see the still almost fill moon from my window as I type this: bright, surrounded by a layer of fog, mist, clouds: eerie, very fall like, and just very pretty. have a great Furday everyone! I hope all our ailing kitties are feeling better.

Nice AMPS today Mannie! I bet it will be an awesome cycle for you! You were so handsome in your tux last night ....uh, I did kinda see you when you first came...uh, I didn't see much after that or anything...I uh, just happened to be there when you got there...and I uh...well, uh...I guess everyone looked very dressed up and beautiful. I hope you had a good time!

Good morning everyone! our fog/mist/cloudy enveloped moon this morning has transformed into the most amazing sunrise. wow!: all pink and lavender and orange - even all the plants and lawns are aglow. What a great start to the day...

Shadow, Moonie... what a night! I will be there pronto to help with the cleanup - i uhhhhh, sorry for the mess.... uhhhhh will be there as soon as I can. and pssst - i think your bean is on to us... and moonie - I can come help you too, well your bean that is.... hey guys - surfin' maybe today, for sure tomorrow. hey - whatever happened to all those crabs? 124 @ +2. looks like the +1 was a food spike. WOW :-D :-D - this ought to be a good day for Mannie. I think I am glad I decided to stay home today, and didn't go hiking. Especially when I just watched the news report on a massive accident on I-90 that has east bound closed. oh HAHA: I would have been smack dab in the middle of that mess. So glad I stayed home.

Nice numbers today - a nice slow decline into the greens I bet. Sounds like you had a beautiful morning there. Trade you - they are expecting 40 mph winds and rain later here. If there was sun out this am, I slept thru it.

86 @ +4. what a great cycle!! love it. i fed him a very small amt of LC, just to hold onto this a bit - need to run a few errands, and we have about two hours til nadir.

Yeah, man, LEFTOVERS! We don't do a super dooper banquet for nothing!! Wow, Mannie, wasn't that a great party. The diving was so much fun, especially since our beans weren't around to see it. And the crab race. You sure picked a winner there! Now, I'm on my way back to Pat's to help eat the leftovers. Raja is feeling better now that she has some juice, and Shad-0 shouldn't be allowed to eat the leftovers until we get there. Right?

Hi Michelle, Very nice numbers for Mannie today. The party must have agreed with him. Given that the highway was closed, I'm sure you're glad you decided to stay home today. We have 1 more paddle (tomorrow) before we leave for NYC. We'll miss 2 Monday paddles here, but will be back before Columbus Day (the 'traditional' last paddle of the season, but last year we paddled into mid November).

Stu! My Man! No kidding - I am in route. I can't believe that there are leftovers!!!!! And yes on Shad-O: he has to wait until we get there. Hi Ella - so true on the freeway today - so glad I decided to wait for next week, and what they say will be sunny weather all week. i hope it's the start of our "Indian Summer". Sorry are missing two paddles, but the reason is so worth it. Nice that you can paddle through mid - November. I had wondered. I try to hike here through November too - one just has to be careful where one goes. Alpine can be risky come snow season. I do so enjoy fall in the great outdoors - such a unique experience, so different from summer stuff.

another beautiful day in Mannie-land. He is doing so well lately. Sorry to be so late stopping by, I crashed after +1 this morning and have been running to catch up ever since.

Mannie, What a party. I've never actually watched you dive before. Excellent form! The food was so good last night and the leftovers today were still just as yummy. My mom is worried that I've lost my appetite, if she only knew! :lol: -- Tess

hey Celi - love it, box tearing and all. i have another place I order small catnip sacks from - it's the same. They literally rip the box apart. It will be interesting to see how the nanners compare. Mannie has some of these sacks that are 3+ years old, and he still hovers over them, slobbers on them, sleeps on them. weird. the boy loves his nip.

114 @ +1 -- wow: a 30 point drop... I fed 1 tsp 10% at +1, just because of the drop. We shall see if it was too much, or not enough at +2.

Hey there Mannie looking great today and Michelle I set up his automat once again today for work with his fav flavor of merricks and once again only to come home from work with it completely untouched and whats ever to funny when I was testing him upon getting him home he kinda looked over at it since I had yet to remove the dried up ancient food and said Hey I have food there and I was like Do Lou you cannot have that now that was for 10 this morning confused_cat confused_cat cat(2)_steam AWWWW I think I am going to order the 5 compartment one maybe he will like the kind that does not flip open I am wondering with his being almost blind if the lids just throw him or it could be he just hates it :lol: Mama Bean is sure frustrated I know that with it.

Hi Lisa ! I hear you - Mannie still hasn't put two and two together. confused_cat confused_cat for sure! He hears the darn thing make its noise, and jumps up there only to go and sit by his bowl instead, and wake for it to magically jump over across the table to be served.... GEEZ!!! I have to haul him over there, put him in front of it - watch the light go on in his head, watch him gobble it up. :shock: :shock: I have the 5 compartment one - I do really like it - if he'd only use it - but I have also heard from a few people on the board that theirs never worked right. ??? it's been great for me. i wonder on the sight thing? Maybe the lids do throw him for a loop? well good luck. i keep trying..... and trying..... and trying.... :roll:

Looking so good Mannie.

Yeah Curry can't figure out what the feeder is yet. I'm just going to let it run each night so she gets use to the noise it makes. And also put treats in it....maybe over the next few months she'll start to figure it out.

When does Mannie usually nadir?

Hey Mannie!! You are having QUITE the day today...wow...great numbers!! Sorry I didn't call you guys over...the beans gave me no advance warning; they just pokeyed me, smiled, hugged and kissed me, gave me some food, and off they went. But they also turned off the puter and the housekeeper was here so I couldn't sneak it back on. Next time...it would be great fun but I gotta tell you I have a real pesky little brother. He's only 5 mos old and he's into EVERYTHING!. Guess I better go...getting time for another pokey and something they call PMPS??? Keep surfin the green Mannie!

Hey Gracie - it's all cool! My bean turns off the 'puter too - I hate that.... How am I supposed to talk with you guys... You have a little brother??? that is so cool! I have older sisters... but they are cool, and leave me be. I am getting alot of those pokey thingies tonight, cuz my bean says I am going too low. :shock: shesshhh -they want these numebrs and then when we deliver they get all weirder out, ya know? we are at 40 @ +3. aiyee!!! fed another tsp HC/gravy with a drop of karo. will test again 15/20 minutes, Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww down there Mannie OK?

lather rinse repeat, and I am glad that these numebrs no longer freak me out. there was a time that a 40 would put me in panic mode....

Yes I agree I used to panic at 40 but still prefer not to see it I panic now if I see 20s and 30s thanks goodness DL has been nice enough to not cliff dive on me in a while

54 @ +3.5 - hooray for karo. I did give him another tsp of HC (no karo), since the 54 is karo influenced. will test in 30 minutes.

Hey Lisa - so true... a 20/30 would do it for me. not too fond of cliff diving. :-D

Hi Sienne - Hi Roni! I did up the amt of karo, with the +4.5 food... the one drop just wasn't getting the job done. :shock:

56 @ +5. fed more hc, small tsp, no karo, will test again in 30 minutes and hope I don't see a drop back to the 40'sa. omg - what a night. :-D, and I hope he holds true to nadir... please Mannie??? I wonder what Lisa did with the humongous pot of coffee....
