Is it possible to give him a snack at +8 or +9 to see if that brings down his preshots? Do you use an autofeeder to give him food when you're at work/at nights?

I set an auto feeder during the day for a +8.5 snack. I haven’t been doing night snacks.

No, it’s one that just opens. I have two cats so it has two slots that open but it doesn’t do anything else.

So it's possible that he eats in the 2 hour window before the PMPS which could be causing the higher preshots? Is there anyone at home who could take away the food at +10 in the day?

Monday and Tuesday my nephew is home. Sometimes I’m home right around +10 but not always.
