My goodness I don't know what happens between +9 and +12. I wonder if he is actually eating later than +9. At AMPS this morning I did adjust the feeder to remove food at +9.5 rather than +10. Maybe that is what is causing the jump. It could also be continued bouncing / clearing. I not sure why he would've bounced from number between 244 and 205 unless he dropped more between +6 and +8.
After today, he will have been on the 1.25U for 6 total 12 hour cycles (3 days). Is it time for any increase? In looking at his s/s, I'm thinking the 5 -7 day rule below applies, based on the range of 86 - 205 as nadir.
If nadir blood glucose concentration is 200 - 300 mg/dl increase every 3 days by .25 - .5U
If nadir blood glucose concentration < 200 mg / dl but peak is >200 mg /dl increase by .25 - .5 every 5 -7 days.
