In honor of Bruce Springsteen's Birthday today, Alex decided not to have a HI AMPS today! What a good boy he is, right? cat_pet_icon
Alex had a big breffis this morning..I don't know how but I got him and Jackson to eat just FF chicken feast for meals and snacks and it seems as if his tummy is doing much better...as well as some other stuff(unjinx unjinx)<---I am big on this :lol:

I am going to the dentist today but A&J have told me that they promise to listen to Bruce, all Bruce today because they know it will make me happy. As a matter of fact they are listening to one of my favorite songs from Bruce's second album right now called "Kitty's Back"..and dancing up a storm. Anyone who would like to join them is more than welcome (the more the merrier Alex just said) I know Kathy's Kitty will be here soon :mrgreen:

All p's are in order and well..what else can I say?

Who knows what these guys will be up to when you're Out In The Street -- they were, after all Born To Run! One thing is for sure: Jacky will stay out of Jackson's Cage.

I think Alex's year is a testament to Bruce's "No Surrender." It's clear you're connected to these boys by The Ties That Bind. "Three" hearts are better than one!

Did you hear that the 30th anniversary of "Darkness" is approaching? We should throw a party and Prove It All Night! Jacky and Alex can put on their zippy pants and go Racing In the Street.

Great idea!!!! and well done I must say...there will be no holding these kitties back cause they got a '69 Chevy with a 396, fuely heads and a hurst on the floor....

Thank you Kim...Kathy and I found out totally by coincidence that we are connected by not only diabetic cats, but by a passion for Bruce that has led us on a similar journey where we were probably in the same places at the same times throughout the years...and didn't even know it! Actually most definitely we have been :mrgreen:

The DAY I brought Alex & Jackson home, I was still a lot sad about my last cat who had passed about 6 weeks before. When I looked at A&J's little faces in the carrier in my car both scrambling to get some sunlight(they were 6 months old and no one was too fast to adopt two 6 month olds who were requesting to be adopted together so they had been in a cage for over a month), I knew I had done the very right thing for all of us. But even though I was all choked up and emotional I said to them "listen guys..I think this is going to work out fine but the thing is...you have to learn to love Bruce Springsteen is that okay"? I think it worked out fine :-D

In his defense, I had to load him up on HC before I went to the dentist because I HAD to keep the appointment and I couldn't do anything else with a reading of 45.....
so this time it's mommy's fault. :-|

looks like another dosecrease though.....

I think that's Alex's Mommy's motto too :)

I LOVE that song btw...when I hear the beginning of that song in concert MY purry pants go on, but I guess that applies to so many..*sigh* lol :lol:

Is that tonight? when is that? Oh I just looked! Full moon and it's a harvest moon because it's the first day of fall! Great they'll be there and I can watch "Grey's" and "Private Practice" in peace :mrgreen:
