Its pretty easy to get your colors back what has happened is you have added rows since the original template. You just highlight the new rows and go into format, conditional formatting and set them again. At least I think, hang on I need to do some work on Autumn's and I will check to make sure I have all the steps in order, been awhile since I did any conditional formatting on a spreadsheet.

Yep just checked and Google hasn't changed anything on that front so yes highlight the rows that aren't showing colors, click on format, click conditional formatting then use the drop down menu and the color choices to reset the ss colors to the rest of your spreadsheet.

Quicker way to fix it:
* Add the rows you want to add (sounds like you've done that)
* Highlight last row that HAS coloring
* Ctrl/C to copy
* Highlight new rows - whole 'working' area, not the whole rows (date thru comments) themselves
* RIGHT click in that new highlighted area - submenu will come up
* Choose 'Paste Special...' - another submenu will come up
* Choose 'Formatting Only' and [ENTER]
DONE! Your new rows have all the formatting but none of the numbers! It takes longer to type the 'how' than to do it.

Woohoo!!!
You know I still swear it was the move to the new place that got Cassanova off the juice and has Autumn very close as well. They both made amazing jumps once we moved and they had more room to run and play. And less stress from the other critters.
