Today I was planning on doing a 12 hour curve so that I can move forward with a dose increase. However, last night I may have had a fur shot. I'm wondering if I need to wait a day? for the insulin depot to fill or if it's okay to move forward with the curve today. I was hoping to do a dose increase tomorrow.

Definitely don’t do a curve today. The reason for a curve is to see how low a dose is taking your cat. Looks like you are right about the fur shot. If so it will effect more than one cycle. However I think you have done enough tests to catch the nadir so you can increase to 1.25.

That's what I was thinking. I think I'll start tomorrow am so first increase isn't overnight. Thanks much!

Some respond to the first cycle of an increase and others take longer. I always liked increasing during the day too. Good luck.
