Hi LL!

Such a busy week! I've been remiss in starting Jetta's condo every morning. The feral kittens are eating my mornings! They're doing so well. Eating great, using the LB like old pros. Playing more and being a lot more brave. They got baths, nail trims, and ear cleanings th eother day. They were champs, didn't put up any fight at all. And- I'm so in love with the little black one, I call her Raisin. :roll:

Jetta's having a much prettier day today. Surfing a nice steady blue! This is the 3rd cycles on a fatter dose and I definitely see better numbers. DH has now shot twice :o He's getting fairly confidfent that he can take care of Jetta while I'm away. Shooting has been easier for him than testing, and I think he just needs to work on his aim :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hopefully I hear soon on Jetta's lab results from yesterday. I'll post an update when I get them.

Sandy- you better mail me some piddle pants- to heck with patience pants. I'll be scared out of my mind at our first green PMPS. Good news is she's still blue at PMPS so maybe we'll get a visit to the greens tonight! Of course now that I said that (anti jinx anti jink anti jinx) she'll probably do her classic deep dive.

I almost forgot to ask DHs question. What happens if you accidentally inject the insulin into a vein? I know it's not likely to happen, but what if?

Jetta, I know it's tempting but don't scare your beans! A nice easy blue slide with a touch of green would be very nice. Good for DH! He's doing great. It does get easier. I don't know about the vein question - way beyond me. :lol:

when you're shooting sub-q, there's a chance you could nick a capillary when shooting. if that happens, don't worry. it's not a problem.
you won't hit veins when you're shooting in that sub-q layer.

the new dose is looking good! :mrgreen:
