Happy Monday!!! Thoughts, prayers, and vines for JD, Zener, Trix, Charlie, Sasha, Cinco, Billie, Peg, Elise's Mom, Wendy's Mom, Amy's Dad, and any others who need them.
Our silly little monkey girl seems to be oblivious to her limping. She is still jumping up and down on things and moving around the house like she isn't limping. But she is. We have an appt with Dr. B tomorrow for the follow-up bloodwork to check out her liver values again nailbite_smile nailbite_smile so we'll let her check out the paw, too. I did speak with Gussie's Reiki/chiro doc and she is going to come thurs afternoon if Gracie is still limping. Wish she could come sooner but she's booked. Hopefully, I can cancel because all is well. Gracie puts weight on it like when she's bathing her face with her left paw....all the weight is on the right. She seems to be feeling absolutely great
She and Tobes have done a pretty fair amount of wrasslin' this morning and she has bunny kicked the heck out of her nanner.
Well....we guess the bounce was inevitable after the long day she spent in lower numbers yesterday. And I think we short circuited her cycle last night because when she dropped back to 51 at +9, we fed high carb because she nadirs so late with lev +12 to +15) and we didn't want to end up with a 30/40 number at AMPS. She can literally drop 40 mg/dL or more between +10 and PS. She probably would have been just fine with her 4% and it would have stopped her but we used it Sunday morning at +10 from the previous night cycle and she was still 53 at AMPS.  I'd say live and learn but Gracie always decides to call the shots    Or perhaps I should say Mr. L since he decided to make an appearance.
Got all the paperwork done yesterday but it took all darn day and I had no down time to just relax. As soon as we give her the +7 meal today, we are going to get out for some fun for a few hours. Hope you have a great day as well.
