Yesterday was..... BLUE DAY in MannieLand. WOOT, WOO HOO, YAY! Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group was performing LIVE on the porches of Rusty's home, way up north in upper state NY. It seems that the sounds of blue jammin' was heard way up into the mountains of the Adirondacks. Way to go Mannie. It was wonderful to see him have an all blue day - it's been a while.... I have to laugh: the night before last night when I went to bed I told him I wanted a nice blue day: one with an AM surf on the 160 range, high enough so that N and I could still go out, yet low enough that he would feel great, be great. And I'll be damned: what I asked for is what he gave me. How DOES he do that, time and time again... well done Mannie! Can we do this again, the blues that is? Please? Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We have been so lucky with our weather,a d out good fortune continues. The mornings are becoming for Fall-like, with sense fog, a marine layer... which dissipates in the early morning, leaving us with sun, blue skies, and a great 70/75 temp. Absolutely pefecto! Mannie thinks so too. DGS thinks so too. All of us took advantage of this good fortune, and spent as much time out in it as we could. Mannie was elated when I let him out after dropping of DGS. He made his rounds - 3 times :shock: , checked the perimeter security, rolled in the grass a couple of dozen times :lol: :lol: :lol: and surveyed the domain form the ground cover patch just before coming in for dinner, and that glorious pmps of yesterday. Seems he knew what time it was, or just didn't want to be late and miss dinner, like the night before.... :shock: :lol: :lol: Mannie and DGS had a great time too. They shared snacks after we got home from the river... Mannie got chicken , DGS got ice cream (YUM! Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia) LOL: neither wanted to share what they had. :lol: :lol: :lol: This morning we had a great test, feed (YES!!!!!), shoot and clean plate club , AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, and Elsa too. I GIVE UP ON THE FEEDERS! ... Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday - I will try and get to condos once DGS has gone home for the day. Today we will be at the pool, and then not too sure where. Someplace with water....duh! I will miss you guys, ad your furkids! Be good kitties! think blue, think green!

Hey everybody! WOOT on yesterday - I so lubs the porches at Rusty's! Today I gots to take Muffins on a hot air balloon ride, cuz she missed out the day before cuz she was at the vetty.... You guys can come too is you want... Otherwise - let's go kitty hikng! I found this really cool pace that has everything, and has rocks and trees to climb and hills to run over, and meadows to play in, and lakes to cool off in. We can camps for a bit too if we wants... And grill over a campfire. I'll bring s'mores stuff! What'd'ya think? Rusty- you can come too, before you head into the big city,. "K? You guys in? ~ Mannie

morning Roni ~O) ~O) ~O) It was such a nice day for Mannie yesterday. Maybe after he gets done with this silly bounce he is on he can do it again! :-D And thanks - Know DGS and I will have a great time. Could be on the outdoors-man - he really does love it.

Oh what a great day yesterday! You are right. Mannie and Tarragon are camping on the pink floor this morning for a much needed poke rest. The weather sounds wonderful. Have a great great day with DGS!

Hey Mannie! Porches was so relaxing. Hiking sounds great today. We need to get our exercise. My bean says the weather is nice there. She is even letting me borrow the miata. Can't wait to see ya! On my way! - Tarragon

What a GREAT BLUE DAY! I'm pretty sure the BMG was heard way out here. Your weather sounds perfect, even we have our marine layer cleared already! :-D :-D Have fun wherever you go.

Hi Michelle, well, I guess Mannie gave permission! I hope when you come home he does a slide into blue and surprises you. Great pics of yesterday's adventure. We have a lot of sunshine here, too. I hope you and DGS had a great time today. Ben & Jerry's is my fav, too. I have not had in a long time as I get addicted,

287 @ PMPS. After an all pink day, flat day pink at that, it is good to see a yellow tonight. I hope he can at least stay there, if not head down. Those pinks were awfully flat.... :? :-D

Nicholas and I had a great day - Swimming in the morning, and river park in the afternoon. We were able to get into the main pool today - he loved that: could jump in to his hearts content. Th river park was nice too: crawling with ducks! I just love to watch little kids chase the ducks. :lol: :lol: It was a cool and drizzly day here today, so the river park worked well: enough shelters etc that we really didn't get too wet. Fun times!! I will post a few photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Devon - yesterday was so great! looks like he has decided that he needs a resting day today - sure wish he had chosen blue, and not pink. :lol: :lol: And yes : i love it too how he gives me the numbers that I ask for, or need. Kinda cool!

Hi Ann - that it was. I had hoped he'd stay there - silly me! I forgot about tat "B" thing that they do..... :lol: :lol: And so I have heard - the BMG was heard everywhere. :shock: :cool: :lol: Weatehr was great, until mid morning: never did clear, and now we haev a light rain.... oh well, all of august and most of September was sunny. I will not complain!

HI Carla - THX! The day was really fun - it i such a joy to be able to care for DGS. He has such a good time. It was good to see yellow at pmps. That sure was lot better than the pink stuff!

HI Melissa - I hope the boys behaved themselves while occupying the pink floor. silly kitties.... Mannie found his way out, I hope Mr T did too. And yes - days like these make it easy for DGS and I to take off. We did loose our sun, but that's OK.

Hi Rhiannon - LOVE IT! All the way into the mountains of NM? The BMG? There must have been some serious jammin' going on then. :-D THX on the pics glad you guys enjoy them. And it's easy to load them - I think there's post somewhere on how to do it. LOL: that was real helpful, wasn't it... And so I told him on the blues. I hope he was listening!

I'm surprised you got drizzle today. I think it wanted to here but didn't get around to it. I guess it doesn't matter if it drizzles if Nicholas wants to be near water. Cute on the ducks!

Hi Wendy - so so true! And that flatness continues. first the pinks, now the yellows, blues next today? And yes, it was early sleepus for me. wow: three days of DGS and I was pooped! :lol: :lol: Yep, it was a day of on and off drizzle. we were supported to have PM sun, never did get it. oh well, Nicholas really didn't care. We went after ducks anyways, and he had such fun. :-D :cool:

Z!!! I know.... my bean said the same thing.... I'm still yellow this morning, guess I had better get it together huh. OK then! We gets handsome together! Let's do it! ~ M
