Morning LL
where to begin guess it should be with Do Man he is doing OK but not feeling as well this past week   and with all the cat problems I have had in the past week and a half hoping he is not getting sick he has been vomiting off and on this week and not eating as well yesterday was a pretty good day for him so I am keeping close tabs on him as always otherwise p's are in place today.
Now for my long cat update my last condo I was on kitten watch for my 2 girls well girl 1 (Bluebell) had 1 kitten when I got up on 9/11 I had my alarm set and had been checking on both girls every 2 hours but still managed to miss her having kitten 1. She labored for too long with the next one so off to my vet we go for a c section get there they sedate her I am back talking to my vet and former co workers vet was able to deliver stuck kitten vaginally after she was out it was thought to be dead... but long story short it was not so we went home unsure if kitten 2 would live. But by that night things were looking good for both Mom and kids.
On 9/12 Mom 2(Ellie) goes into labor and it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had a as breeder      @-) she just super super struggled with the first kitten who ended up being born dead to condense this story she ended up having a c section that day and having one more kitten who I gave to the first Mom since Ellie was in too much pain to even notice her kid poor thing had her on pain meds but she went thru a lot I spayed her with the section no way I was going to put a cat thru that again. Ok next couple of days really super rough it was touch and go with her girl living Bluebell Mom no 1 seemed to like the kitten but it was just not nursing so I was feeding every 2 hours but she was still not thriving so on sunday morning she finally stated to nurse and as of today all 3 kittens are doing well. Ellie is healing well from her sx.
Then on top of all this Arwen a young girl here who is a almost 2 started vomiting at first I thought nothing of it since you know cats will vomit but by sat night (9/15) I knew she was not well she went to the vet on 9/16 ( my b-day) so spent my bday at the vets fun fun anyway bloodwork was drawn and she ended up going into the hospital until 9/19 when she came home for the night and was going to get to stay home if she did not vomit and I could get her to eat. She is doing slightly better as of today but still a sick girl I am watching her like a hawk. I did take her catheter out this morning since the vet said if she did not vomit then for me to remove at home and bring her back in a week unless she gets worse. Her pancreas values were high as well as bilirubin and liver slightly.
As for DBIL he is home now  and still has a long long recovery road but at least he is home. Bean is pretty wore out as of now these past 10 day have been a bit stressful
