I feel like he's not responding as well to the 0.25 unit as he was the 0.5 unit or higher. Looks like I have a couple more days yet until we re-evaluate.

Yes, no green on this dose. Considering you test so much, you could look at a lower reduction point. Say 70 rather than 90. That will enable him to stay a dose at which he sees good numbers.
