As you know, he vomited on Monday night (but ate again rather quickly), he had a hairball Wednesday and later didn't want his bedtime snack, so to the vet he went today.
He doesn't like going there, but I left him there for the day to get a blood test and be observed. Well, apparently he was angrier than usual. The vet thinks the pancreatits is back and he was in pain. So he got a shot of Buprenorphine. they took blood and urine (some white blood cells but no blood in the pee). He came home with more Cerenia, Denamarin (the smaller ones, 2 a day) and Pancreazyme powder. Oh, and biomox (antibiotic). I am going to get a basket for all the cat meds...
His numbers today were:
278 amps followed by 3oz of Friskies mixed grill
204 pmps followed by 3 oz of Friskies ocean whitefish
Note they did not give him the food I sent along for his snacks today. Apparently he was very angry. He gave me his hugs while I was waiting for the vet to speak to me (I am not so angry with him today) and the darn cat cut my ear again...gotta go, dinner ready...
