This is the 8th cycle at this dose... other than the big dip/bounce in cycle 3 he's still in the 300s. Increase tonight, or give it a little longer to see what happens if/when the bounce clears? I'm inclined to go for it, but if there's reason to wait I will.

Geez, he is just determined to stay high. Let's see what this new dose does for him. Starting to wonder about insulin resistance... maybe I should read up a bit. (Also, had a bit of an oops with the lancet and took advantage of it to confirm again that I'm not diabetic.)

Have you seen this info page on glucose toxicity. Maybe you'll find a nugget there, if that's possibly what is going on with him. I would have no idea, but it can't hurt to read up on it.

I saw that the other day. I just read it again... makes me more eager to get his insulin dose up to an effective level as quickly (and safely, of course) as possible.
