Sorry, I'm just seeing this. Did you give any insulin? Has he eaten since?

Do you have any Ondansetron?
No, he hasn't eaten since. I skipped the insulin. I'll take him to the vet like in half an hour, when we come back I'll try to offer him food again.
Unfortunately I don't have any Ondansetron, I'm going to ask for some there.

Does he have any history of pancreatitis? The symptoms fit. Ask the vet for Ondansetron, an appetite stimulant and also subq fluids. Maybe the vet can give him some if he thinks he is dehydrated.

No, no history at all. I'll make sure to ask the vet for those. I don't think he's dehydrated because I've been giving him water, etc, but I'll check with the vet JIC. Thank you, Bhooma!

Thank you Bhooma and Diane :bighug:

We are back from the vet. They gave him Cerenia for the nausea and vomiting, the vet said it will also help with stomache. They did an ultrasound and his stomach seems to be a little bit irritated, they think he ate something he shouldn't, or that his regular food upset his stomach. Aside from that all is normal.

For the diarrhea he wasn't given anything yet because he hasn't gone much to the litter box, just once. They told me I could expect more loose stools today, and if there's anything abnormal I could reach out.
The vet doesn't think it's pancreatitis. He doesn't seem to be in pain, she also did some abdominal touches and she didn't feel anything weird, and Nao didn't seem to mind being touched there.

When we arrived home he was starving, I gave him some chicken. The vet recommended no cans for today, and small meals.
He's still asking for food lol, but I'll wait a little bit, I also gave him some water.

I'll test him tonight and hopefully I can give him some insulin, but with no cans I don't know what I could give him that has a little bit more carbs. Any ideas?

@Bandit's Mom

Upset tummy or something like a 24 hour (hopefully) GI bug. I'd just take things slowly.
Yeah, I agree. He ate his last snack before dinner an hour ago, he seemed lest interested in the chicken but he ate it. He went to the litter box early in the afternoon, loose stools as expected. I don't know if the nausea is coming back or if he's loosing interest in the chicken (he's usually not a big fan). I'm unsure if he'll be hungry enough by dinner time; I might have to skip insulin again. We shall see.

@Sienne and Gabby (GA)

Decided to skip again. I got him to eat a few pieces of chicken and half a teaspoon of LC after some coercion. He went to the litter box right after, very watery stool and had a strong smell. I contacted the vet to see what I can give him to treat that.
