Ok, he came in at 360 this morning. He would have been 400 but I gave him 1u of R before bed as I saw him rising.

I gave him 3u of R this morning, hoping to knock him into the Yellows today.

Here is yesterdays Bounty of Salsa and Spaghetti sauce.
Check out the "mixer" we use. My brother-in-law is a "Right tool for the job" kind of guy and purchased the bit that was probably made for mixing paint and mondified it for his Drill to stir the big ole pots of sauce.

Of course its only been used for sauce. :lol: :lol:

The right two rows are the salsa, man thats a lot of slicing and dicing. 12 cups of diced tomatoes, 6 cups of diced green peppers, 4 cups of diced tomatoes and a cup of diced jalapeno's. And I still have all 10 fingers. :lol: :lol:

I too, have used the Dewalt drill as a mixer.

we took a wooden spoon and drilled holes in it, then put plastic zip ties through the hole.
great whipper!!

not really good for mixing drinks, we discovered... :lol:

That sounds pretty genious actually (outside of the drinks!), it would really whip those tomatoes into nothing.

What day, glad its over. I did manage to make the Pizza sauce though, and a couple pizzas that i'm gonna freeze.

Tigger was raising fast at +10 so I dosed him with R and brought him back down for the Lantus.
Almost got to Yellow at +2
