WCR: All Ps in place. Shasta was sound asleep next to me this morning and as far as I know, she did not wake me up when the Atlas Rocket launched at 3am. She's a bit on the moody side this morning. While I was getting ready this morning, she laid at the door...just laid there...eyes open...not moving. At one point, I had to check on her to make sure she was still alive. Very strange. :sad:

Healing vines to Jupiter and Jamie. Special blessings to Angela & Shadow. Continued healing vines, appy vines and no-cough for Zener, J.D. and Tarragon. Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

YAY - a steady even yellow start for Shasta. I hope she has good BG day today.

Mannie used to do that to me too: just lay there, eyes wide open, not moving. It always creeped me out. I too would poke him. Then he'd move with that "what? I'm good...." look.

Trix does that sometimes, too....and I nudge her as well :lol: ! These cats sure love to mess with their beans, don't they? Glad all Ps are in place...I hope you guys have a great evening!

Oh S**T! :shock: Where the hell did these numbers come from and why isn't she chilling out with this damn 18% I keep giving her?!?!?!?! Is this the full moon screwing with me? I thought the full moon only affected my students...not my cat. :-x

I've had the worst luck with this new pen & my syringes. I went through 5 syringes this morning and 2 tonight. I can't figure out if it's faulty syringes or if it's a faulty Lantus pen. I swear I only gave her .6u tonight, but as I watch her numbers drop...I'm second guessing myself. She comes up and eats her Friskies and then goes back to the floor and lays there. When I pick her up to poke her ear, she's all limp and not Shasta-like. dammit...today has been a crappy day.

Sorry for my potty-mouth...it really has been a poopy day and this is just the worst. When I look at her numbers, they are beautiful until I realize that she keeps dropping and it only at +3. nailbite_smile

Get on that surfboard, Shasta! Big hugs to you, Deborah. I'm sorry today was lousy. We had a lot of trouble with the last pen too, the jooce just didn't seem to come into the syringe quite right. Thank you for your good wishes for our guy, it sure helps to have a cheering section. :-D :-D

PS: My kiddos (24 3- to 5-year-olds) get crazy with full moons and windy days; tomorrow is going to be a fullmoonwindyday and Open House. :shock:
 
Hi Deborah - oh WOW. Guess You got that good BG day.... AT east she seems to be surfin' now. Mannie was always affected by the full moons, sometimes the new ones too, but mostly the full ones. I'd get these dives.... or these incredible bounces. aiyee! never ever a dull moment is there?

I so hear you on syringes.... I remember those days, sometimes tossing syringe after syringe..
