Yesterday was a nice yellow start to greens, followed by the inevitable bounce to red at night and slide to morning blue.

I'm curious to see what today brings. On the 8th she did this and turned it back down later. I'm getting a massage at nadir (poor muscles are glad that rowing will be easing off soon), but DH will be home to handle it.

Neko was her what is now usual starved self before breakfast. I expected red because of that, but it looks like she just wants brekkie earlier now. :lol: She's been a little extra anxious about food this morning and is now outside staring at a bird that is hopping in the bushes. It's too high up for Neko, but she is hopeful.

Hi Wendy - What a nice cycle for Neko. Greens sure were nice yesterday. Now if Neko can jst avoid that bounce to the red/pink floor. Think Flat Neko!

I hope you enjoyed your massage - that sounds really nice!

Well looks like Neko recovered quite nicely and is headed in the right direction. Hope the massage was lovely. I'm envious!

Looks like a nice mid blue surf going on. Yeah Neko! The massage was good but painful, I have some very tight muscles especially on one side. As the MT said, "I will be glad when rowing season is over". :lol:

@Carla - that +3 was just a blip and Neko promptly turned around. :-D

@Roni - not sure about green at this point, but maybe tonight's cycle if the liver doesn't over react.

@Rhiannon - she did the U-turn, but seems to have stalled after that. That's OK, mid-blues are nice too.

@Michelle - today is a nice flat (for Neko) day, maybe she heard you! I just wish she'd learn she didn't have to bounce so high each time. I have some chronic issues that the massage helps with and after 6.5 months of rowing, the body is telling me it is time to ease up. Just a couple more weeks and we go to just twice weekly.

@Tamara - This seems to be a mid blue surf. Not as low as I'd like, but I'm still pretty happy with this cycle. I'm sure having a FD cat adds to our stress, you should try massage too!

@Libby - I was so happy to see Neko turn it around this time. I'm hoping she won't see a need to bounce from the nice mid blues.
