Well Mama Bean does not like our amps its the highest its been in many many days so have to admit a little discouraged this morning by it :sad: cat(2)_steam otherwise all P's in place and he is fine other then just about 10 min ago he puked a wee bit so he was kinda like doing a cough thing a then a little pukas seems OK now.

it worked really well on meowzi. made her happy and purry and hungry. we call it her happy pill. she gets a little chatty, but not too much - more purry than chatty. and nuzzly. it was a lifesaver for us.
in some other cats, it makes them hungry, but they won't stop howling. non-stop. ECID. some cats react badly to it - linda's bear is one. i wouldn't give the first dose without being present to monitor.
what dose, and how often? it takes up to 72 hrs to clear, so don't give it daily - your vet has probably told you that.
Thank you WCF and Meowzi for you imput on this drug I am to give 1/4 of a 15mg 2x a week as needed was what she told me and no she did not tell me its half life was 72 hours wow I need to read up on this I can see, I gave it to him last night and yes it did help him to eat :mrgreen: and it made him more mouthy was about all I can tell with him but like you said ECID I have had abys not tolerate cyproheptadine before with it making them loopy
Voodoo update eating better this morning but I know he is not himself we have a girl cycling that he bred a month ago and the breeding did not take and so I knew he was not up to breeding up let her wassle into my bath to say Hi to him and all he did was lay by his catnip banana and push it towards as if to say Hey Babe I am not up to that now but you can share the nanna if you want :lol: so off she went to her room
