all is well in Do Lou land this morning ate his breffis of cowboy cookout and later followed by surf and turf and all P's are in place :-D Bean is on day 3 of having a migraine and I am supposed to go to my Mothers tonight for my b day party ( bday was on the 16th) so hope I feel better by tonight nothing like pain and nausea if you are supposed to be looking happy a very hard thing to do sometimes :roll:

Happy Birthday, a little late, Lisa! I sure hope the migraine goes away in time for dinner at your Mother's tonight! It looks like Do Lou is already helping you celebrate with Cowboy Cookout and Surf n Turf. Maggie loves Cowboy Cookout, but it raises her bg. Glad Do Lou is doing well and coming down to a blue. Feel better soon.
 
I get migraine's too... suggestion. Sit in a nice quiet comfortable location...or lie down. Close off one nostril...slowly breathe in and blow out through your nostril (not mouth), then switch nostrils. Do this for 3 minutes to as long as you have. It is a great way to get oxygen into your system and it will ease the pain.

Lisa, Happy belated birthday! I sure hope your migraine lets up a little so you can enjoy tonight. Migraines are so terrible and debilitating. I wish there was some magic cure for them because they always seem to pop up just when we have something important to do.
