Not a good day for Mikey, very hungry and his numbers are up; little blue. This was day 6 at 1.5. Think I will start 1.75 tomorrow. I was hoping he would be a miracle cat with great numbers and low dosage. I know folks say wait 7 days, but why wait till Sunday. Vet chat coming up Thursday.
As suggested I want to get his BG at different times these next days

Hi Tom, Mikey is new to insulin. And insulin is a hormone not a drug. So a cat's body can take a little while to figure it out and to get regulated.
Mikey is bouncy - give his body time to get used to the lower numbers and flatten out.

You both are doing great. FD really tests our patience!

FD surely does test our patience. Impatience is a major character defect of mine, so this is a great opportunity to work on that !

Mikey has a great attitude though
