I could try a full curve on the weekend. He typically only has one nadir, at +3/+4 and then goes up. I suspect he is bouncing from those lower numbers in the 50s during his p.m. cycle.(are you able to do a few more tests throughout cycles soon/more? might tell you a bit more rn or someone might be able to see something bit better..)
