Ahhhh...yesterday was a little strange with numbers. Today SEEMS more normal, but I don't really trust him.

I asked this yesterday but am still wondering, does anyone have experience with if the cat is cold or hasn't pooped or any other variable that makes the numbers go lower than usual unexpectedly?

Tests during the cycle will show where he is going Tara...will you be able to do a curve on the weekend?
usually, constipation has the opposite effect on the BGs...we usually call them "Magical Poops" when they do finally go because the numbers tend to drop after.
He might have had some lower blues so that's why you see pinks now...due to bouncing...

Yes I'll be around this weekend to do a curve and get in some more random spot checks. Austin has been fairly regular with his pooping so I don't think it was a magic poop - but I totally get that concept! He definitely has a more Zen look after he's done one.

If he is getting dosed twice regularly, not early/late some times - really regular - same amounts - what makes the bounce effect? Just in your opinion - not necessarily to do with Austin.
