Hi everyone-

Just a quick update to let you know Stella took a reduction last week and she has taken another one tonight. We are using a solostar pen for the first time, and I really believe the potency is much better than the vial. I think I let the vial go bad and just didn't know any better. Live and learn. I will try to stick to the pens from now on. If anyone knows how I can research how to buy one pen at a time please let me know. I am in Long Beach, CA

Stella has everything in place and is a happy kitty camper!!! :mrgreen:

Those are some lovely greens and blues Stella has been having! Going over your profile, though, I noticed that you free-feed dry food (in addition to wetfood meals) - may I ask whether yu've considered weaning her off the dry completely?

There are only two ways I can think of to find single pens. The first is at an outpatient hospital pharmacy. Some hospital pharmacies will sell a single pen since the boxes get broken apart for use in the hospital. The other option may be Craig's List.

FWIW, the potency of a new pen vs. a new vial should be exactly the same. Whether your vial was getting toasty may depend on how long you were using the same vial. I couldn't tell from your SS how old the vial was.
