Stuck in high numbers for the past 6 cycles, so he got an increase this morning. This actually would have been a good time to experiment with R instead of an increase, but (1) I wasn't awake to suggest it and (2) we haven't gotten new R yet and I don't want to use the expired stuff. So for now we'll see what he does with the new dose.
