James and JoAnne came early, picked us up for breakfast
got home just in time to see the Seahawks playing the Pittsburgh Steelers
(so I got that 4.5 = 124 at half time)
now I'm so sleepy I'm afraid to try testing him -- would be about +8 and change
think he's gained some weight again, his ribs look fuller, I may have to check calories more carefully, make sure he's not getting them all from fat -- he wants to eat a lot, all the time, so it's a challenge to feed enough to satisfy his body without letting him get round
catch up with everybody a little later, I need a catnap
