Finally got DH home from the hospital about +1 this evening. I will be back to shooting in the morning. Do I take him right back to his previous dose or do we need to work up to it?

You can return Scooter to the last good dose. But I would be vigilant the first couple cycles, as sometimes a big increase causes a temporary active response.
