Hi Everyone,

Rusty has a blue start to today, so here's hoping the dosecrease is beginning to kick in. He had a good night, good test, good breakfast (Wellness turkey), good shot, and is chillaxing in his little bed by the (cold) radiator. I've been fooling around with my new car and so am getting a late start this morning. Nothing new to report on The Laird, except that it would be nice if he could get back to the lagoon!

Hi guys .. hope this blue amps is a sign of good numbers to come! Wow on the new car, that's so great! I'm sure you'll have lots of fun figuring out all the buttons and gadgets in it .. have a great weekend guys!

I thought of you when I heard this on The Writer's Almanac this morning. Have fun w/ the new wheels.

Congrats on the new car! I love the Foresters and have looked at them before.

Hi again, everyone, and thanks for visiting us,

Ann, thanks for that poem. It captures exactly how we feel when we close up camp. Fortunately we have a few weeks before we actually close up, but no more longer stays.

Rusty is cruising in blue today and it would be great if he got down to green later (but that hasn't been his pattern lately, so who knows).

It has been a warm, humid day and thunderstorms are predicted for this evening. We put the canoe rack on the new car and I put in all of the stuff we took out of the old car. Drove to the supermarket. It drives just like the old one (not surprising, since it is the same car, but 4 years younger). I like it.

Off to visit some condos. I have really been absent these last few weeks (first camp, then catch-up, now the car and all that led up to the purchase). There is so much else to do that has been just piling up. I need more hours in the day!!

Rusty gave you a nice blue day, to get all the 'stuff' done. :-D
That was a lovely poem, Ann sent. It made me feel sad, for summer's end, and I don't even have a cabin to close up.

. We got a great 10 minute downpour earlier, and now it's cooled off to the 50's.
Supposed to be sunny and nice tomorrow. I hope so, gots a birthday party for my GD, to go to.

Hi Ella, now those are getting back to more like Rusty numbers. I bet he's so glad to be back in his bed by the radiator. We had 105 degrees here and you guys are chilling out there, crazy, huh! Enjoy your new car. Have a good and relaxing evening.
 
Congrats on the new car---Love the summer's end poem, we feel like that too here at the shore(lifeguard chairs put away, beach stuff comes down & stored,end of the tourists :-D ) Know that feeling, but on to the next season...Looks like Rusty was surfing the blues today, so you know he will be nice & green tomorrow..
