That’s good news. Keep the meds going until he’s eating really well and then go slow, tapering one ting at a time and seeing the response. That’s from experience. So if every 8 hours of ondansetron go to twice and see the response for a week or so. Then I’d try eod. I would not bother with once a day as ondansetron doesn’t work for that long so pointless. Make sense?
