Yesterday was a nice high red start down to a reduction (49) late in the cycle then a pink bouncy evening.
9/13 Recap:
AMPS 456 +4.5 164 +6 102 +7 68  +7.5 67  +8 72  +9 49!! +10 168 +11 234
PMPS 322 +3 395
I took her earned reduction this morning. We are now down to 4 units, the last time I shot that low was mid April!
I was quite surprised to see the yellow morning, especially after the decent upward trend after that 49 yesterday. I guess that's the benefit of holding off on the reduction.
But with today's bounce, I wonder where she went last night. Oh well, I got to sleep through it all.
Neko is yet again sprawled out in the solarium, taking in some warmth. It's too hot for me, I was out there and wanted to nod off. Of course, that might have had something to do with the 13 km row in a single this morning. Flat water and sunny, continuing perfect weather. Neko has also enjoyed a good yard patrol, but it mostly consisted of playing sentry in the shade and watching the bugs go by. Yesterday she had a good dance with a dragon fly.
ETA:
Grayson - do you like the rainbow kitty look? Stay out of the red though, the bean gets all antsie on them, but they sure perk up with the greens.
