She did well last night. I tested her up until 1030p at +5 and she was up to 98. I couldn't test anymore because I am having some bad back pain, might have to go to the doctor myself if it does not clear up soon.

This morning, she is up to 185, so I gave the 2 units. She also threw up again, but she is eating. My husband said she threw up yesterday too. I'm still giving her that nausea medince since the tech at the vet said to give it to her for 10 days.

I'm going to the doctor for myself tomorrow morning. I hate missing all my exercise classes :sad:

As for Miss Kitty, I guess she is definitely bouncing now after being mostly below 100 yesterday. My poor kitty. She is having loose stools again too. Is there anything I can do for her tummy and dirrhea at home? We can't afford another $500.00 trip to the vet. She is eating though, but if she continues wtih the diarrhea, she will get dehydrated again. I will check her BG one more time tonight because I can barely move around.
 
You can give her a probiotic for diarrhea. Many of us use FortiFlora. I've never seen it in a store -- only at the vet's office or on-line. EntirelyPets currently has it on sale but Amazon and PetFood Direct also carry it. Just make sure to get the feline type (it's in a white box). Alternatively, pretty much any probiotic should work.

Some people give their cats yogurt or canned pumpkin (just pumpkin puree, not pie filling which has sugar).

I give BK Culturelle, 1 capsules worth mixed in his food per day. Half in the AM meal and half in the PM meal I get it at Drugstore.com.
