Yesterday was...... Zener slide day! :-D :-D Well sort of.... Mannie had a great day, with a very slow descent to a 107 just before pmps. YAY! I did feed the +11 to try and up the PS number just a little: we ended up with a 139. Not too bad... Lubs ya big guy - can we do the blues thing again today? cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D We had some nanner decorating today. Mannie was more than patent with DGS as he delivered the nanners to his backside. :lol: :lol: Today was also a repeat of yesterday: it became very very quiet, after we got home form the river. :shock: :shock: Never a good thing with a toddler around... I found him in one of Mannie's hidey places. He had crawled as far as he could get to pet Mannie. There was a huge purr session going on in there, and a young boy with a smile that ran ear to ear. How does he get in that tiny space, but he did. What best buds they truly are. :-D :-D :cool: This morning we had a great test, feed (YES!!!!!), shoot and clean plate club , AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, (again!) :shock: Elsa too (again)... I just may stop using the silly thing.... Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone. I am still on DGS duty today. WOO HOO!!!! More Nicholas. :-D We will be swimming in the morning ( I hope! he has a cold, so that depends on how well he is doing), and weather permitting off to a river or creek in the afternoon. YAY! I know I probably will not be able to visit condos while he is here - just no time! I mill miss you guys, and your furkids. Think blue, think green kitties!! :-D :cool: :cool:

Hey everybody!!! What's up? You guys wanna do a road trip? Drive and see friends here there and everywhere? it' such a nice day her we could put the top down on the roadster. SWEET! I gots lots of cool snacks and stuff. Maybe we could wind up at Rusty's place, and chillax and remove the road dust. You guys in? let me know - I am ready for anything! ~~ Mannie

Morning Devon ~O) ~O) ~O) I hope he does too: think blue. Me too on Nicholas - I hope he is better, so we can go yo the pool. If not, well an outdoor river trip will do just fine - he loves those even when under the weather. I may have to put Dr Mannie in charge of his well being. :-D :lol:

That was a nice Zener slide and hope for a repeat, what do ya say Mannie! So cute with DHS and the hidey place. Great pics and I took a quick look at the link, and what great pics and memories for you and DGS's family. I didn't see the videos, but think I need to log on for it. Have a great adventure day and so sorry DGS has a cold but hope he's feeling okay.I wish I could send you some of our sun and heat.

Mannie, road trippin sounds good to me, with the wind blowing our hair and ending up at Rusty's for some hot digs and fun. See ya at the curb, Mags

:lol: :lol: on Mannie's special brew - sure is working on my end - I feel better now, more "with it". I hope so too on the "zener slide" for him yesterday - sure would be nice if he can do that today too. Paws crossed. And yes - I too love the DGS and Mannie hidey place thing. That is new.... really cute! Glad you got too look at the photos, and you probably do need to log in for the videos. You may have to go to my page to find them. I enjoyed these ones, if only becasue they show the beauty of the area. And THX on DGS: me too, hope he is feeling better today. If not we will skip the pool and look for some outdoor sun - that will help his spirits. :-D :-D Feel free to send us some of yours!

Awww, a cold for Nicholas. I hate colds in the little ones, 'cuz they don't understand why they don't feel their best.
Also, cuz they wipe those little , ewwwww, wet noses, on their jacket sleeves :lol:

304 @ PMPS. UGH! PINK! well, blech.... I did break out a new pen tonight, the other one was near empty, and there is always that lingering doubt: maybe all this yellow and pink stuff is due to failing juice. :?

AWESOME day with DGS: pool time in the morning, river time in the afternoon. :-D :-D :cool: Our weather was great today: sunny skies, blue skies, and a nice 74. The river was so nice... LOL: we had burgers and fries for lunch on the bank of the Skykomish. What a blast! Nicholas's cold was much better, which did allow for pool time, and some wet play at the river. He was tired, but no way was he not going to do what he does at both places: play hard. Fun stuff! I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow. :-D :cool: :cool:

Hi Barb - yupp! he did well yesterday - it was a good one for him. What happened to today.... back to the yellows.... And yes on the cold - that is so true. All they want when they feel awful is to be held. He was much better today, so we were able to get out. Hi Helen - You may have to make you own peppermint white mocha! :shock: :lol: I know it';s not a common thing, and more associated with Christmas, so maybe that is why you can't find it...

Hi Carla - Yes I did, and I guess he didn't get that memo! :shock: :lol: So we took the permission slip instead and went and had a good time. Sometimes I think that is what Mannie really wants us to do anyways. And thanks, Nicholas was much better today.

Hey Mannie, It was great to see you and the gang this afternoon. We had a good time riding around in the car, feeling the breeze on a hot day. Those drinks on the porch sure tasted good with the hotdogs.

Hi Michelle, Sorry to hear that Nicholas has a cold, but kid's colds are so common and usually very mild. It's the adults who catch them who get bad colds!! Fortunately, you and Nicholas spend so much time outdoors that the germs dissipate! :lol: Great shots of the river trip yesterday.

Hi Ella - Thanks on Nicholas - he was much better today. Still a runny nose, but he felt good, a little tired, but good. So off we went. I am with you: all that time outdoors takes care of those germs. :cool: ;-) THX too on the river shots from yesterday - I LOVE that place. a tad remote, but accessible (there's an oxy-moron!), not many go there, so you are one on one with nature. Plus it is so pretty!

Rusty! DUDE! It was fun wasn't it! I lubs road trippin' - we should do it more often! Amd well..... WE ALL LUBS THE PORCHES! :-D :-D See you tomorrow! ~~ Mannie

Glad you had a nice time today Michelle, and the cold didn't slow DGS down. And burgers and fries for lunch on the bank of the Skykomish. It can't get any better than that, how fun! It looks like a lot of our kitters are high today. I wonder if it's all that good fuds they eat when they're out and about! Have a good night and look forward to pics.

Good to see Mannie enjoying such nice numbers yesterday, not sure what's going on today...maybe he didn't want you to worry while you were out and about with Nicholas. He's so sweet that way. :-D

Hi Ann - Thx - it was fun today - and nope! no cold will ever slow down that kid. :lol: :lol: He did well today, a little tired but still wanted to go and play. The burger and fries were a fun touch too. Kid does love those cheeseburgers! and fries - da-bomb!Yes, it does seem like alot of the kitties are high - Mannie had better start putting in low carb fuds on his travelin' meals. :shock: :lol: THX: too, bed is looming...after three days with DGS I am tired. I-)

Hi Libby - Mannie has this habit of knowing when DGS and I have outings planned - he always gives me numbers I can work with. Very uncanny, very weird. I am with you - he is very sweet that way. I am forever grateful for this kitty. THX too on Nicholas: he is better today, still a little tired, but he was still out and about, having a great time.
