Yesterday was ............. YELLOW DAY in MannieLand. As was the day before, and the day before that..... Seems he really likes the yellows lately. Really flat yellows. And I couldn't help but wonder: when will this break. I know it will, it always does in a grand dramatic fashion when he has these flat yellow days. And then I think: please don't let it be when Nicholas is here, or when I am sleeping, or when I am gone most of the day or or or or.... :shock: Is there ever a convenient time - silly bean! Think blue Mannie, think green! They suit you so well! Guess he was listening last night - what a nice drop into the blues! Lubs ya big guy, now down we go. cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D The sun was back yesterday. Mannie was so excited - he got to go out and come back with paws that were still dry. :cool: The sunbeams were to be found wherever in the house. It took alot of time to test them all out and find the perfect one. :razz: AND! the Nanners were in direct alignment with one of the better sunbeams, so by mid afternoon they were nice and toasty. :shock: :cool: :cool: :cool: Nirvana for the Nanner King. It just so happened that this toasting of the nanners coincided with my vacuuming. I bet you can guess who won that one. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: There is this 3'X3' section of my carpet that did not get vacuumed. No way was he moving those nanners out of the sun, no way was he giving up that little piece of paradise. you gotta love it. and yes - I caved and put the vacuum away. ;-) This morning we had a great test, feed, shoot and clean plate club), AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, (again!) :shock: Elsa too (again) what else is new there - I give up!... Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D :cool: :cool: :cool:

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty through Friday. WOO HOO!!!! More Nicholas - sure has been along week while his parents were on vacation. We will be swimming in the morning, and weather permitting off to a river or creek in the afternoon. YAY! I know I probably will not be able to visit condos while he is here - just no time! I mill miss you guys, and your furkids. Think blue, think green kitties!! :-D :cool: :cool:

Hey everybody! I feel the need for..... SPEED! How about some dune buggy racing at the dunes! it's been far to long!!! maybe we could have a picnic too, or grillin' or sumthin'! maybe a clam bake. That would be so cool! uhhhh.... we'd need to find the clams.... heeheehee. OH! We gots to visit Furball later today too: She's got a dental! :shock: You guys in? ~~ Mannie

Nice blue start for Mannie today. I can't blame Mannie for not wanting to move from the sunbeam and the nanners.

Furball will be happy to have a visit from the kitties to cheer her up after her dental.

Morning Michelle and wow with the ~O) ~O) Mannie's blend. I love a good love strong coffee and this is one of the best! Nice blue for Mannie this morning, and wouldn't it be nice if he did a nice blue and green safe surf. Right Mannie! So funny with not moving the one section of Mannie's ray of sun nanners space. I do the same with Maggie, vacuum around her. :lol: Have a great day with DGS! I can picture a nice reunion between Mannie and DGS and nanner decorating galore! :-D Have a wonderful day you two and looking forward to pics.

Mannie, dune buggy racing at the dunes sounds like a plan. And a picnic. Yeah, where do we find clams for our clam bake? Yes, we need to visit Furball, as we need to remove Vetty smell. See y at curb, Mags

Hi guys .. well I thought for sure with that blue amps those yellows were going to break, but I see he's headed right back up there .. silly kitty .. I bet he was in his top element with warm nanners and laying in the sun .. ahh .. I'm sure nicholas and mannie are going to be so happy to see each other .. it's probably been forever and a day in their little minds! Have a great day guys!

283 @ +7. Well darn it! I had so hoped fr a blue cycle today. I seriously think that my pen is loosing its "punch, we are on day 35... well, I hope for a good PM cycle, maybe time to crack open a new pen.

Hi Devon - I know, me too.... right back up to the yellows. sheshhh! and BIG YES on the nanners and the dun - one very happy kitty. :cool: and yes - DGS ad Mannie were glad. I think so too - seems like forever tp them, bt they picked up right where they left off. :-D

Hi Ann - YUPP! Mannie's blend... there were so many coffee bean bags lined up on the counter this AM - :lol: :lol: :lol: The blue this AM was great, I had so hoped he would stay there, but alas back up to the yellows. oh yes - I knew I had to vacuum around him - he was just so content there, purring away. ;-) Mannie and DGS had their reunion - over breffis. Kinda cute.

Tess would have abandoned the nanners to fend for them selves at the first sight of the vacuum, even before it gets turned on! :lol: :lol: Have fun w/ Nicholas today, permission slip granted. I'd go for the new pen, the old one must be pretty close to finished anyway.

Hi Ann - Yupp I think so too: new pen. This one is close to being empty anyways.... and yes on the nanners - he would not move. BRAVE kitty indeed.... :lol: :lol: Nicholas and I had a ton of fun: pool and then the beach. Good stuff!

Sounds like Mannie is enjoying the yellows as much as his time laying in the sunshine with his nanners! Maybe he's just feeling mellow and yellow for now:)
Mannie, you're looking all fuzzy and warm but we're anxiously awaiting a perfomance by the blue mannie group. What do you say?

Mannie is so brave. Neko heads outside or at least into the solarium the moment the vacuum cleaner makes an appearance. Today is a another lovely day for snoozing in the sunshine.

312 @ PMPS. Blech - been a while since we have had a pink PS numbers. Mannie, Mannie , Mannie.... come on down, OK? Well, new pen is coming, but I will wait a day before starting that, only due to DGS being here. Just in case it kicks in big time, not likely, but with Mannie, anything is possible.... :shock: :?

Hi barb - I know on Ann's comment! too funny :lol: :lol: Poor nanners. And I dunno.... what is going on on that yellow floor. We need a floor inspector to check it out. I will wait one day to start the new pen, just in case it really does make a big difference, I'd rather do that on a Furday, a wind down day with DGS. But soon for sure. HAHAHAHAHA pn putting a nanner in the blazing sun - I expect a full report! :lol: :lol:

Hi Wendy - I think we may need ropes, best tell Neko.... :roll: Mannie has always done well with the vacuum. I can literally vacuum to within a foot and he does not move. Just sits there and looks at the thing, and lays down for a nap. I must have a very boring vacuum..... :-D :lol: :lol: We got sun today too - still great weather her. YAY!

Sorry Mannie had such a blechy cycle. :sad: Hope tomorrow is better. Sweet about him guarding the sunny, nanner spot and you giving in. Smart lady - you know who's boss! :-D
