Hi,
His numbers are getting higher with each cycle since we increased to 4 units. Do I wait it out? Is this ndw? His numbers seemed to be better at a lower dose.

You need to start getting a later test at night when he’s yellow at +3. He might be going lower. Likewise yesterday during the day he might have gone lower. Even though extra tests are “only” suggested, spot checks are necessary to catch the nadir. In answer to your question, yes, wait it out.

I usually try to get a +4 at night. Later than that?
I can’t do too much later on a regular basis because I try to be asleep by +5 or shortly after so I can get up at 5:30 am.

From the numbers of the last few days, it doesn't look like you need tests beyond +4 at night.

The increase was overdue and what you are seeing is possibly a combination of NDW and glucose toxicity.
