Yeah...took her back up to the sk 1.25 (you knew it Jill :smile. I've got to try to get some more spot checks so I can try to figure out what she's doing. I've gotten a bit lax there and I've heard so many say "just when you think you know what they are doing or going to do a spot check will prove you wrong" :lol: So, gotta get back on that :smile:

i know what you mean about getting lax. it's easy to get lulled into complacency when you've been doing this for awhile.
