Well all P's in place he is eating breffis no. 1 right now. I feel better as of now its still early I am btb and Voodoo is still feeling bad but at least ate some more in the night so keep those healing vines and snowflakes coming they are helping I have to work today again :sad: not until later but sigh......

Giant sigh it just has to be storming poor Voodoo who is terrified of storms he has what I call a bomb shelter in his room which is a big tupperware container with a hole cut into it with a blanket and heating pad yr round for him he is cold natured, with yet another blanket on top draping over it and another bed sits on top of this :lol: get the pic :lol: well this gives him his hiding place for storms which we seem to have so many of, so anyway he has been spending most of his sick time in my master bath so well its storming and I went in poor little guy hiding behind toilet :sad: :sad: so went and got a carrier and fixed him a mini bomb shelter and he went right in. He had eaten a little more but wish it would not be storming since on a good day when he is his normal self he does not eat on storm days.

Great numbers for Do Lou.....
I feel so bad for Voodoo...Shadow runs and hides with our violent thunderstorms here in Florida. When they hit at dinner time it really messes us up because he is terrified and doesn't eat either. Do you have a bathroom fan or something that would be loud enough to counter the noise of the storm? Nothing really drowns out the loud thunder, but it would muffle the sound a little. I hope he feels better today...Sending healing vines to Voodoo...and a blizzard of snowflakes for him...

wow, i bet the storms are even more frightening to him after ear surgery...it must sound so much different and that's got to be confusing..

Oh Shadow is scared too that is just how Voo is and I hate it since I am trying to get him to eat and darn storms at least it stopped for now and he is eating some canned again :-D yes I have a fan but he is scared of that too along with the vacuum and and most noises it seems, hard to believe he was such a great show cat the way noise bothers him so much :?

Snowflakes and vines for Voodoo -- and hoping that the ABs kick in quickly.

Would it help at all if you put on some music for Voodoo. I'm wondering if the music may help to mask the sound of the storm.

Nice amps for Do Lou this morning. Sorry you have to work today - I hope Do Lou will surf and stay out of trouble.

I'm sending eating vines and prayers to Voodoo. I hope you see a lot of improvment soon.

yes I do actually and totally forgot all about it thanks for reminding me will use some of this I used to use it when showing if I needed it for a cat that was stressed thanks funny how you can just TOTALLY forget things well in my burnt brain I guess its normal anymore :lol:

I am off tbp now cat(2)_steam its only for a few hours today kinda pointless really for as far away as I live I hate just going in for 4 hours when I have to drive 45 min each way but anyway be home for shot time see everyone later and hope to visit the rest of condos tonight :-D

Voodoo update still about the same as far as how he acts just wanting to sleep but still keeps nibbling at the dry and the canned so at least he is eating and no more vomiting so far ( anti-jinx)

Hi Lisa, I hope that when you get home from work that Voodoo will be feeling lots better, continuing to eat, and that the storms will be over.

well late in posting but his pmps is higher then I would like 247

Voodoo is still making baby steps towards recovery I was pretty annoyed at work today the Dr that took care of Voo was too busy to talk I know its Sat but still you would think she would ask I guess this is why I always work with Do Lou's vet for all my cats he was off on thursday he always I mean always asks me how everything is going when a cat is sick and will call me at home we may not agree on FD at all but he is really great on most other things well I am tired and this was a sore spot I guess her not even asking if he was even eating you know it just upset me sigh.........
