Buster was acting a bit odd this morning. Did the old T/F/S like normal. Good pre-shot - all routine. A little later in the morning I see Buster napping inside the house at the bottom of his cat tree. We have had that cat tree for 15 years. We used to have 2 other kitties and in all of that time not a single cat was ever in the lil house part. On the roof, on the upper perch, but no one ever liked the lil house. So that was weird, but things can change. As we were getting ready to leave for work we found him hiding under the bed and I noticed he didn't quite finish breffis. I tested him again and his numbers look good. He was nibbling on second breffis when we left, but it was definitely an odd morning. Hope it's nothing. Will watch for poo & pee - he mostly goes outside so kinda hard to monitor on a daily basis.

The only side effect I saw with Adequan is that it can make their joints hurt. I hope it's not a bad reaction to that.

Hi Tara,

Very nice numbers for Buster today, and I hope everything's ok with him & the odd behavior is just - odd behavior. I don't know anything about Adequan, so can't help you there. Is it possible he could have an infection? Keeping paws crossed for you.......

Home for lunch and Buster was napping on the ottoman (not under the couch). He sunned himself on the catio and generally seemed "normal" Ate his lunch like a good boy and his arm was dry (no licking - yay!). The only thing "off" is that he doesn't have a spring in his step. I may have to get some Tramadol back onboard. Perhaps mamabean was just being paranoid. That NEVER happens around here! :lol:
