9/10 Xander AMPS 131 +2 72 +3 53 +3.5 61 +4 62 +5 68 PMPS 124 +2 117 +3 61 +4 75

He went down to 53 at +3 even with those additional carbs. Giving him 14g of higher carb food now. He absolutely loves the gravy food, and he's also eating normal today! Let's hope he keeps it up

Today he went lower with even a bit more higher carb food. It's hard to predict how much he'll need before the 50s happen. I think ill start with a little less HC food at feeding tonight

So you're thinking a little less hc so that you can increase the carbs as he goes? Remember that you want to stay ahead of the drop. You want to carb to prevent the drop from being so sharp.

Maybe, it looks like with the higher carbs I gave last night (21g PMPS, 14g +1, and 10g +2) got him to 87 at +3. Wondering if I should aim for a little lower or maybe I should just try for about the same to play it safe in case he goes lower. It's like gambling 😛

I would try for about the same as you did last night, since his PMPS is so similar to last night’s. Xander seems to dive early on, so that early intervention can flatten out the dive. Good luck!!

He does love his dives.
Here is a representation of his BG before a +2 reading:
