Good morning! Haven't posted in a few days. I've been so happy with Sparky's progress, he's been pretty consistently in the green!

Only frustration I have is that with a full time job and three kids, I'm having a real problem staying on schedule. I have a lot of shots that are +13 to +15, followed be early shots to try to get back to our ideal schedule. Do you think this will end up posing a huge problem with Lantus? nailbite_smile

Unfortunately, I don't have any dosing advice to give you, and I leave that up to the experts. Hopefully, someone will come along shortly to help you with your question.

That's a very lovely AMPS this morning, Sparky!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Early shots can pose a problem. Shooting more than 30 min. early acts like a dose increase. I really want to try to urge you to do what you can to shoot on schedule.

I also want to add a few more strong urges. If you are working during the day, obviously you can't test. Please get some tests during the PM cycle. Given where some of your PMPS numbers are, it's likely that Sparky may have been in low numbers. If you want to get Sparky back into remission, this is essential.
