Ok, I got home and he still had some of the frozen puck in his bowl from this morning. Was not expecting that.
He was eating it when I walked in at 3:25 pm so that skewed his numbers a bit I suppose.

Dosed 12 u Lantus and .25u R and will monitor hourly tonight.

Interesting stuff here. He ate one can of FF at his 4:30pm dosing and chowed that food down like normal.
An hour later I fed him and he didn't eat it all, What the hell?

His +1 is 351 so the R looks to have kicked it down, it usually stays stable or jumps right after eating.

is this the first time you've tried the .25 R on him? i'll be curious to see his response to it. if you have time and want to post the updates i'll try to catch them.

maybe he just got full? i haven't seen punkin walk away and leave food for months. in fact, not since he got sick from the antibiotics after his dental - so that would be in march/april.

Damn, hope that doesn't cause issues. So far he's still mid 300's so i'm not concerned. + 2 test in 30 minutes, we'll see how he's looking.

I'm glad to see him leave some food, but why did he????
His demeanor is good I think, seems pretty normal and maybe a bit spunky when i pet him. He used to get rough and i'd bleed from it, kind of seeing that tendency here I think. Or is he kranky? Tough call.
He's not whining for food, that's for sure!

Hell tested him again at +1.5 to be safe, 338. Coming down nicely I think
 
Wow. Tigger left food? That is very unusual. Maybe he is actually full. Congrats on using R. I have never done that and understand it is a whole new set of rules.

How did your appointments go??
