9/1 Tigger AMPS 177 Long night lowest # in 2 months

Little scary, huh? It will get easier, I promise. It's good to shoot low so he doesn't skyrocket up 100s of points the second the insulin wears off. If you skipped, you'd likely see that. Ask me how I know :D

He's back down to 116 @ 4.5. Did you have a bad experience or just having lots of experiences with bouncy numbers His numbers had been jumping around all over the place, replaced his Lantus pen and seem to be getting much more consistent reading. Other pen was only 2 months old but had some doubts about its shipping, was 88 degrees when it arrived, out of temp parameters but had also read some studies that the temp was not as critical as previously thought, just one study though. Anyway new pen seems to be acting better.

Greens are scary at first but then become contagious. Wait until you wake up to an amps in the low 50’s or in the 40’s for the first time!

If a new pen gives you peace of mind, why not! One less thing to worry about.
Oh, no bad experience. Just before I joined I got scared to shoot at like 200 and then boom, an hour later he's like 500. Live and learn!
