Dose decrease of .25u this morning back down to 2.25u - earned after dropping below 50 on first cycle of .25u increase to 2.50u yesterday.

Reuben threw up twice last night, the first was hairball related, the second I didn`t see; All 3 p's are in place;
He lost his appetite last night but I just let him ride it out and by this morning he was back to normal, and he is drinking well. He is active and at the moment wants me to get up and open the door so he can go up on the terrace for his morning meditation.

I gave him bupe last night before I went to sleep, when he was without his appetite and hunched up on the back of the couch.


Ongoing Medications:

50mg Clavamox bid
0.25mg Pepcid bid
.08ml Bupe as needed (last dose 8/31 in p.m.)
1/32 tsp miralax qd (tapering down)

Congrats on the reduction!

His eyes rolled back. eek. That sounds scary.
Poor Reuben.

Hope is appy is there this morning. Hope you can have a nice cycle today.
How great that you finally got to green yesterday. You were feeling that it would never happen
just a couple of days ago.

Alexa, Good start for Reuben glad he is feeling well after all the excitement yesterday. I hope he likes the return to 2.25 dose and eases (not plunges :o ) down for you. Great job handling his steep drop yesterday, and now you have some experience working with low numbers. We learn something new every day here. Have a great day!

Hi Alexa,

I'm glad Reuben seems to feel better again this morning. His bounce will allow you to catch up on missed rest from yesterday. :lol: You'll learn to utilize the bounces as good resting days. I hope he comes down and finishes his bounce today so you can start to see normal numbers tomorrow.

Congratulations on your first green yesterday and your first dose reduction :thumbup

I felt bad that I couldn't help you yesterday afternoon, but my work has strict rules on personal internet usage (although, I'm not sure if I'm the only one that follows them or not) and I had to log off.

I hope Reuben's bounce clears soon. Get your errands run, and extra sleep in today, while you can.

Wow Alexa, what a turnaround for Reuben! Congrats on the dosecrease, very busy day for you yesterday and you handled it great. Do you think Reuben could teach me how to do meditation? :-D Sorry about the vomits and hope today is a good day for his tummy. Have a good weekend.

Whew...what a crazy day you guys had! Reuben, Reuben, Reuben! What's up?! You better start behaving or your momma's going to take away your trampoline!

Wow - what a day yesterday! I hope Rueben is feeling fine tonight...the higher numbers aren't great, but obviously his fuzzy little body needs to re-adjust to those lower numbers.

I hope you're able to relax a bit this evening!!

That was a crazy day for sure. Nice resting day today but time to come down Reuben. Sorry about the appy. Hope you have a great night!
