Well, he bounced. What's new. I cannot believe it is September already - this summer flew - this year flew!
I also can't believe it has been 9 months of fighting this beast called FD. I hope this next season on to the new year brings renewed health and happiness to all of us and our kitties fighting this disease. I am sure many more will go OTJ in the coming days and months. It is honestly what gives me hope that one day, even though we are almost a year into this that Napoleon will not need insulin anymore. If he does need it for the rest of his life I just want him to stay healthy and happy and that will be enough for me. I don't mind the never sleeping in, or the constant spot checks, I would do it all over again for him. He is so worth it. If anything good did come from this it was finding all of you great people  It also made me learn to live one day at a time. I needed to learn that for almost 30 years and amazingly it was taught to me by insulin shots, blood sugar testing, very little sleep and one special cat cat_pet_icon
