I am having a heck of a problem with Moron's BG numbers
He is back to the dose I was giving him before he had a seizure. Which was not insulin related. He had bloodwork done. And was put on T meds for 2 weeks. I think I have a combined problem here. The Methimazole is affecting his BG and I think his dose was decreased to much. So today I increased his dose back to where it was before.
I hope he gets straighten out soon.
He is eaten a raw diet now so at least his tummy is feeling much better. He sees the vet again on Monday Sept 10.

Since hyperthyroidism increases metabolic rate, it's likely that Moron is going to need more insulin. He's clearly not in good numbers at 0.75. HOWEVER, you're not getting any spot checks during the AM cycle -- or at least you haven't since 8/20. I can't rule out the possibility of some bouncing.
