Huge drop! Probably wasn't as big as it appears to be, but it was at least 40 points I think.

I know you already know this, but I'd get a +2.75 on this, and feed a little LC to get him surfing.

Thanks, Dyana. He ate LC at the time of the +2.25, and now he's already seeing a little uptick, but that could be meter variance, and not a real rise. He's eating again now, too. We think of cats as being so independent, but he's dozing there right next to his food bowl, and it's not until I pick it up that he stands up a looks at me like: "Hey, that's mine!" I put it back down and he eats a little, but just a little. Maybe he was afraid I was going to take it away.

I've been thinking about those two beans who were in the path of Issac. Hope all is well with them both.

Ok, my cat is very, very strange. We got home just in time for his shot tonight. He was no where to be found. I think he's a little deaf -- I really do. This might explain why he doesn't come running when we get home unless we are loud for some reason. Tonight, we were worried. We looked everywhere. Did he get locked in a room? Did he somehow get outside right before we left? Where could he be? We found him, sleepy-eyed, in the bathtub!!!!

I hope you never have one moment like that with Emma.

one time we were standing in line for a movie in Santa fe and Elaiya was probably 3 standing there with us.
We were talking for a moment looking around and turned back and Elaiya was gone.
I freaked, it was the longest 5-8 minutes of my life. We are looking around frantically and checking the nearby exit and I start yelling her
name to make sure everyone knew a child was missing.
We were running all over the area.
We had been probably 20 out in the queue and I went ahead and walked in and there she was, looking at the candy.
I never turned my eyes off her again in a public place and I thought I had been vigilant before this happened.
I feel all anxious right now just telling about it.

Such pretty numbers for Max.

I'm with Rhiannon about that ice in the stomach feeling when you can't find your kitty and you just know they're somewhere in the house. But, then you think you might be losing your mind - did I open the door to the backyard and not remember? Is my kitty outside????!!!! We had a dreadful time like that with our civvie Magpie - only to find her curled up sound asleep in the cast iron skillet on the back burner of our stove. The worst part after that is we were so happy to see her neither of us bothered to grab the camera- we just grabbed the kitty and loved her up. Even though she was a bit greasy from the well oiled frying pan. :lol: :lol:

Oh, our furrs - better than any program on tv or the net.

Oh, Shai, that really takes the cake! In the skillet on the stove listening to you freak out all over the house! Lovely! She probably couldn't believe you didn't see her; or she was quite pleased that she was so well camouflaged!

Rhiannon, I am quite sure I will have a moment like that with Emma. She takes off in whatever direction strikes her fancy with nary a look back in my direction for minutes at a time. She is fearless. We joke that if she could breathe underwater, she would walk into the ocean and be halfway to Japan before we could catch her.

I am off to bed. Max seems to be doing all right tonight, and hopefully, I'll get a +3.5, but if not, it should be okay. Goodnight!

Dale: Absolutely beautiful spreadsheet! I'm going to start showing it to Pumbaa every day and telling him that that is what I want his SS to look like! *LOL*
