9/1 - GIDEON BLUE - AMPS = 393, +4.5 =424, AMPS= 430, +3 = 427.

To me, it takes Gideon 4-5 days for his BG to decrease after a dosage increase. I have been testing what I consider to be a lot. Should I back off for a couple days and just do AMPS, +6, PMPS, and +3? Then perhaps on Thursday watch him a bit closer? He is unpredictable, so not sure if this is a good plan or not. If I were not working at home at the moment, none of this would be possible. Thank you for your thoughts.
 
How about trying a +2 and if still high do a +6 and then wait until the next preshot unless the numbers are trending down. When you are home does he give you any sign he’s going down, like getting hungrier?
 
Gideon gives us no indication that he is going low. +2, +3 and +4 have been passed. I will test him in a few minutes which will be +4.5.
 
I know it was passed. Different time zones. If this test is high hold off until PMPS. It’s always a guessing game with him.
