running a little late today, Catcat got me up at 3:15, then had trouble getting back to sleep (DH kept hauling the blanket off me)

Catcat is frisky and purring this morning, DS is arranging things out in the front yard, and I think that excited Mr No-I'm-Not-Pink-Today ...

time to wash off all the dew from grass, weed seeds, etc etc -- looks like he had a nice romp outside after a substantial breakfast

oh he's lolling and sunbathing -- it's been a busy couple of days and he didn't want to try any marathon swimming

crazy afternoon, just the Cliff's Note version

got stung by a newly-emerged yellow jacket --- even with antihistamine and ammonia, it itches like crazy, top of hand is swollen

more than 200 classic, custom, antique and flivver type cars came today, parking both sides of the lane, lots of visiting and chatting by all

plus several of the local airplanes buzzed back and forth overhead, landed and parked along with the cars

DS didn't sell much, not sure if he's going to do it again tomorrow -- nobody seemed to be interested in the books I put out
